Report Underage Tobacco/Alcohol Sales
Sales of both alcohol and tobacco to underage youth are a serious problem. We are asking for your help. If you or someone you know are aware of tobacco or alcohol being sold to someone underage, please let us know. We cannot fight this battle alone. You can play a crucial role in stopping retailers from contributing to illegal sales to minors. Please take a moment to fill out the form below. We appreciate your assistance.

FACTS:
The legal age for purchasing tobacco is 18 yet:
50% of students under the age of 18 say they buy their own cigarettes from retail or convenience stores or gas stations. Only 25% of 8th graders, 36% of 10th graders and 40% of 12th graders said they had to show proof of age before purchasing cigarettes.


The legal age for purchasing alcohol is 21 yet:
30% of adolescents report purchasing alcohol at liquor stores, supermarkets and convenience stores, without proof of age.
